Physio and Multi-Gym 2006
Every week on a Wednesday the physiotherapists come and help out with exercises and keeping fit in the wee hall and the multi-gym. There are exercise balls and trampets, hoola hoops and movement therapy, all individually tailored for best results. Some of the more able folks have a keep fit circuit involving bench presses, rowing, cycling, running, bicep curls and floor exercises, again all individually tailored and adapted to provide the most benefit.
