The trampoline group sets off for North Berwick every Thursday morning 10:30 sharp. We only have half an hour but for most of us that's 25 mins too long. For the first 5 mins its action all the way. High bounces, star jumps, gentle bumps and even bouncing on our knees and bums.
After exercise its important to warm down and give our bodies a chance to recover. Some people take this part of the session just as seriously as the first half.
