The Sports Group meet in a variety of places and try to get some exercise in a variety of ways. We try indoor and outdoor sports. We try to develop team work and individual skills. We definitely have some fun and enjoy staying fit and healthy. So far we have tried badminton, table tennis, cricket, rounders, table football, frizbee's, model planes, footie and the multi-gym.
