Exercise Group 2011 
Every week the Exercise Group workout in the wee hall or the multi-gym. There are exercise balls and trampets, hoola hoops and movement therapy, all individually tailored for best results. Some of the more able folks have a keep fit circuit involving bench presses, rowing, cycling, running, bicep curls and floor exercises, again all individually tailored and adapted to provide the most benefit.
